So You Want To Volunteer

If you're interested in learning more about ferret care, health, medication, illness and being surrounded by other ferret owners with a lot of experience, volunteering at the shelter may be for you! Please read about the work required at the shelter on the Volunteer Information page. It's not a glamorous job but it is an educational and rewarding one.

We are looking for volunteers that can come in on a regular schedule so that we can ensure all ferrets get their daily playtime and medication in a timely manner.

After reading the Volunteer Information page, please contact the GCFA shelter at 708.442.8650 or use the Contact GCFA page to send us a message stating that you are requesting for more information about volunteer scheduling.
